Fee Schedule and payment requirements: Seller requires $500 deposit within 48 hours of sale or auction close. Buyer has 7 days from sale or auction end to disburse payment unless otherwise negotiated. FINAL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH WITHIN 96 HOURS. 14 days are allowed for delivery or pick-up of purchased vessel. After 14 days without successful delivery or pick-up of vessel, regular storage rates of $15 per day will apply. Sales tax is buyer’s responsibility in home state or country. Buyer is responsible for shipping unless otherwise negotiated prior to or within 14 day of sale. In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/venue shall be governed by South Carolina law, and MUST take place in the State Of South Carolina.
