CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
The vessel had a current U.S. Coast Guard Certificate of Documentation issued May 13, 2015 and valid until June 30, 2016.

EXTERIOR DECK & FITTINGS
The vessels exterior deck was constructed of molded fiberglass with a white gel coat and nonskid surface in walkway areas. Molded fiberglass bulwarks and stainless steel handrails surrounded the deck outboard.
A sun pad was fitted on the deck forward the cabin. An exterior seating area was located aft. The transom deck, aft the seating area, was equipped with a launch cradle and a Nautical Structures, 1000 lb. capacity boat davit.
Windows were fitted in the forward, port and starboard bulkheads of the cabin structure and sliding glass doors were fitted in the aft bulkhead in way of the seating area. The forward windows were fitted with three window wipers.
Other fittings and equipment on the exterior deck were as follows:
• Lewmar, model Gypsy V -4 anchor I windlass with chain locker, forward
• ACR, model URP-102 spotlight, forward
• Bow pulpit I rail with a stainless steel handrail
• Horn style cleats, to port and starboard

INTERIOR
The interior was divided into two levels. The vessel’s navigation station and main salon were located on the upper level and the galley, staterooms and machinery spaces were located in the lower, hull level.

Navigation Station:
A navigation console with bench seating was located forward to starboard in the upper level of the cabin. The console was equipped with the following:

Main Salon:
The Main Salon was located aft of navigation station. It was finished with padded vinyl overhead and teak planks on the deck. Two arm chairs and a custom designed sofa, all upholstered in white, ultra-leather, were noted in the salon. 12 Volt light fixtures were mounted overhead.

Additional fittings in the main salon were as follows:

• Sharp, model LC-32D44U, flat screen television with a telescoping base

Galley I Dinette:
The Galley was located to port and forward of the main deck interior, down a two-step stairway to port of the navigation console. A dinette table surrounded by U-shaped, bench seating was located to starboard of the galley. A Pullman •style, drop-down bunk was located above the table. The galley was finished with teak cabinetry, teak bulkhead panels and teak flooring. The cabinets were topped by solid surface counters.

Other fittings and equipment in the galley were as follows:
• Sub Zero, model 700 BC, under-counter refrigerator I freezer
• Stainless steel, double sink
• Sharp microwave and convection oven
• Fisher & Paykel dishwasher
• Main circuit breaker panel behind a teak panel on the port bulkhead. All breakers were
well labeled and in good condition.
A closet aft the galley, behind a teak paneled door, contained an Ariston, stacked set clothes washer and dryer.
